PAYMENTS

Payment for the purchase of a property is made in installments, the buyer pays:

- the first installment of 35% of the value of the property upon signing the preliminary notary contract;

- the second installment of the amount of 30% of the value of the investment payable upon completion of the construction phase specified in the contract;

- The third payment of 30% of the price is made upon completion of construction;

- The remaining 5% is paid by the buyer upon notarial deed.



ADDITIONAL COSTS

The buyer will have to pay a percentage, to define, to cover the following costs:

- mediation/management of the property purchase process;

- notary fees (notary fee, notary tax, purchase tax, stamp duty);

- sworn translation of the deed and all interpretation activities necessary to finalize the sales contract.
