Located near the Amazon, it has 1,522 hectares of practically unexplored area, more than 9 km of beaches and great biodiversity of Amazonian fauna and flora.

The climate is equatorial, temperatures between 24º to 35º, strong and refreshing winds, sun and moderate humidity are attractive throughout the year.

There are sources of fresh water, as well as through perforations, with an average of 12 meters. The energy used is solar, but wind and through biodigesters are also among the various possibilities of obtaining energy.

Its mangrove, rich in the diversity of crustaceans, attracts species of migratory birds that stay there for some time to follow their routes, in addition to countless species of fish.

Due to its size, the island has several potential types: hotel/resort, fish farm, shrimp, oyster, agriculture and livestock, coconut plantation, etc.
