For accommodation, you have the option of a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment. These apartments offer views of the sea, pool, garden, or street.



Regarding the payment plan, there are two options:



A down payment of 30% with the remaining balance spread over 18 months.

A down payment of 40% with the remaining balance spread over 24 months.
