The house consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a utility room, and a bathroom. And of course, there's a lovely veranda.


There's work to be done here, but the price reflects that. This is a great place to start creating your Hungarian home.


Electricity and water are available. For drainage there is a septic tank. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove. Connecting the internet is no problem.


Kisvaszar is a village where more than 300 people live. Yet there is still a supermarket and the doctor comes to visit.


The somewhat larger town is Orfü. In summer it is a busy seaside resort on the Orfü Lakes and there you will find opportunities to swim, relax on the beaches, going for dinner and of course do some shopping. A few km further is Abaliget where a visit to the caves is worthwhile.


The "big" city nearby is Dombóvár (20 minutes by car), but the beautiful city of Pécs is also only 45 minutes by car away.


For thermal bath enthusiasts, there is a thermal bath in Magyarhertelend (10 km away).


You can turn this into a nice farmhouse.
