The farm was founded in 2020. located in the Smolensk region, 243 km from Moscow on the Minsk highway, on a vast territory of 98 hectares of agricultural land. The plot of land is registered as a property with permitted use for agricultural production. On this territory, taking into account the peculiarities of the relief and on an area of 7.5 hectares (500 x 150 m), a complex of structures designed for breeding and rearing small cattle was built. The complex is designed for the maintenance of 2,000 animals. At the moment, the farm specializes in the cultivation and breeding of Romanov sheep, the population as of 01.12.2023 is 680 heads. In the immediate vicinity of the farm, there are 3 cultivated pasture fields with areas of 16.8 ha, 33.4 ha and 12.5 ha for grazing animals in the summer. On the territory of the district, 630 hectares of agricultural land are registered as property.
The farm, as well as its territory, was designed according to an individual project and built in compliance with all building codes and regulations. The necessary communications (electricity, water supply, sewerage) have been carried out to the objects, filling has been carried out, a drainage system has been organized, and the fertile layer has been restored throughout the fenced territory.
Each of the 4 sheepfolds is built in accordance with the climatic features of the region, and is intended for keeping 500 sheep in them (max.capacity) according to the recommendations for breeding MRC. Each sheepfold is a closed structure consisting of 2 functional zones. The first “winter” zone is for keeping livestock in the cold season. The rooms are made in insulated design (external walls, ceiling), a single passage is organized with the placement of animals on both sides. When kept, the animals are divided into small groups according to age, purpose and content in separate camps, with a single feeding approach for 2 camps. Separate rooms for animal care are allocated ("maternity ward", inspection, grooming, washing, blood collection and testing, storage rooms for inventory, farmsteads). - utility room for service personnel). A ventilation system is also provided in this area. The second “summer” zone is designed for safe and spacious," unassociated " keeping of all livestock in the warm season. It is a single, longitudinally ventilated space with the possibility of arranging separate paddocks for easy maintenance of animals. Rookeries and 2 feeding approaches are organized on the long side of the sheepfolds, and it is possible to organize the protection of animals from drafts. Lighting and water is installed in both zones, as well as a water-heating boiler.
Hay warehouses are built of metal structures and provide optimal conditions for storing harvested hay, in an amount sufficient to feed the entire livestock of animals. In the 2022 season, more than 1,400 rolls of hay(300 kg each) were harvested and placed in warehouses. High-quality hay is harvested in the nearby fields.
On the territory of the farm, there is a separate (fenced) area for production activities. A slaughterhouse and processing shop for the production, processing and storage of meat products have been built on it.
This object includes a two-storey capital building for year-round operation, a covered area for pre-slaughter cattle keeping, with a total area of 578.6 sq. m. m, as well as storage facilities (82.4 sq.m) for placing all necessary inventory and equipment. The equipment is installed on the first floor of the production hall, allowing you to perform the entire cycle of work on processing animals. The production line includes:
a slaughterhouse with a pre-slaughter holding area;
deboning shop (cutting of meat carcasses and production of semi-finished products);
shop for filling and packaging of semi-finished products;
6 separate rooms with refrigerating equipment (different degrees of cooling and freezing) for storing various types of products. 3-refrigerating rooms are equipped with specialized doors to ensure the possibility of product shipment.
Industrial air conditioners are installed in all rooms of the production line to maintain the required temperature during work. The workshop is equipped with modern imported equipment manufactured in Italy (Veripack; MTH, CT). On the second floor there are administrative rooms for employees of the shop. These premises are equipped in accordance with the regulatory requirements and recommendations of the SES.
At a distance from the farm, a biothermal pit for the destruction of animal corpses with a chemical warehouse is organized. It should be noted that this engineering structure is designed in accordance with all the necessary regulatory requirements, which is confirmed by a license for the right to carry out activities for the disposal of livestock waste.
Residential buildings were built on the property to provide housing for farm employees. On a plot of 6,678 sm, 4 (duplex) houses for 8 families have been built.
