The house has 2 floors connected internally. The ground floor consists of a living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen with island, laundry room, 2 toilets with shower (one en-suite), and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (two with 2 beds of 90 and the other with a bed of 1.50).
The upper floor consists of 1 bathroom, 1 side terrace and 2 bedrooms (one with trundle bed and the main one with fitted wardrobes and a 1.80 bed with 2 mattresses), access to a large terrace from the two bedrooms.
Ducted air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, with independent keypad in each room. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Gas fireplace in the living room.
