We are renting out our house, incl our big yard while we are away.
Dates are a bit flexible where moving in/out could be a few days/a week in either direction upon agreement.

Our aim is to find a couple, two couples or two friends that want to enjoy winter time and Christmas in the countryside. Friendly and well behaved pets are welcome.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen, fiber internet, heating, fireplace, up to two bedrooms, up to two office rooms, laundry room, outside sauna, a fire hut, covered parking for one car, equipment for snow shoveling or possibility to hire someone to plow. If you are requiring something specific, just ask.

The house is located approx 30km south of Skellefteå, 18 km to BureŠwhich is the closest supermarket etc. So a car is a must.

The location is at the end of a 150m private road that might not get plowed right away for you to get to work in the morning, so a flexible office situation or remote work is the way to go.

Normal electricity & heating usage is included, as is all other bills & utilities such as water and internet.

The location is quiet, with 150m to a small lake where skating, cold plunges etc can be done, there are a few neighbours nearby otherwise you have almost endless forest to walk or make ski tracks in.
