The rental is intended exclusively for seasonal leases longer than 11 days, under a temporary rental agreement. No other use by the owners is allowed or authorized, use for tourist purposes is not allowed. To access the house, a seasonal lease must be signed, ensuring a quiet and extended stay.Terms of the Lease Agreement:1. Purpose of the Stay: The property is rented exclusively for temporary accommodation for reasons other than tourist and not as permanent residence.2. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Sublet or assignment of the contract is prohibited without written consent.3. Restrictions: Tenant agrees not to engage in illegal or disruptive activities on the property. Access to the rooftop or 'rooftop' is prohibited. Conversely, the home is leased full.Other things to noteThe property must be rented exclusively under the Temporary Rent Agreement regime and categorized as "Rent Agreement for Different Use of Housing" in accordance with Article 3 of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Rentals. The minimum duration of these contracts is set to be greater than or equal to 11 days. No other use by the owners is allowed or authorized.
