The dining room is spacious and features a sofa with chaise longue, a Smart TV to enjoy streaming platforms, and a dining table for four (with the possibility of adding two more chairs if needed). The lounge leads to a cozy east facing terrace/balcony, ideal for enjoying the morning sun while having a coffee.If you prefer a cooler environment, you can use the awnings to protect yourself from the sun. In addition, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, ultra-silent ceiling fan, and three radiators for the colder months.The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with appliances such as gas hob, oven, microwave and extractor hood. It also includes small appliances such as toaster and capsule coffee machine, along with all necessary kitchen utensils, tableware and wine glasses.The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, a double closet with space to hang clothes, and the ability to add a desk if you need to work from home. This room also has AC, ceiling fan, and radiators. Orientation is this which ensures good lighting, although you can control the natural light with the canopy.The second bedroom is smaller, but equally functional, features a single bed, closet and ceiling fan. Just like the master bedroom, it is facing east, which provides a lot of light in the morning. It also has a heating radiator.The only bathroom in the home is spacious and fully equipped with a spacious double shower, toilet, bidet and sink with two drawers. The bathroom also has a deep recessed wardrobe, ideal for additional storage as well as a radiator.The entrance to the house features an electronic lock, which allows tenants to access via a mobile app, eliminating the need to use physical keys.Important note: The air conditioning drains into water drums, which must be emptied every several hours. We are working with the owner to improve this look.It is important to note that this home cannot be used for tourist purposes. The rental is intended exclusively for seasonal leases longer than 31 days, under a temporary rental agreement. No other use by the owners is allowed or authorized, use for tourist purposes is not allowed. To access the house, a seasonal lease must be signed, ensuring a quiet and extended stay.Terms of the Lease Agreement:1. Purpose of the Stay: The property is rented exclusively for temporary accommodation for reasons other than tourist and not as permanent residence.2. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Sublet or assignment of the contract is prohibited without written consent.3. Restrictions: Tenant agrees not to engage in illegal or disruptive activities on the property. Community Standards must be respected.4. Payment: Rent is paid in advance, as stated in the reservation details and through the Airbnb platform.5. Maintenance and Condition: The property is delivered in good order. At the end of the stay, the tenant must return it in the same condition, except for normal wear. Any damage must be repaired by the tenant.6. Termination: Upon expiration of the contract, the tenant must vacate the property. Departure delays will have a penalty equal to twice the daily proportional rent.7.
