I'm renting out my bright and cozy 45m2 one-bedroom apartment in Puteaux, just a 2-minute walk from both the tram and L train station. It`s only 15 minutes to Saint-Lazare and perfectly located for anyone working in the La Défense area.

The apartment gets plenty of natural light throughout the day and even offers a small view of the Eiffel Tower.

About the area:
Puteaux is a peaceful and charming suburb just outside Paris, known for its clean streets, green spaces, and vibrant local life. You'll find bakeries, cafés, parks, and shops all within walking distance. The apartment is also close to the Seine river and the the beautiful Bois de Boulogne with Pavillon Louis Vuitton. Rent a bike and be in the city in 20 minutes. Very safe area of Paris with charming streets, yet so close to the vibe of Paris. Ideal for one or two people.
