Welcome to a bright and peaceful apartment that truly feels like home. Located on the third floor of a calm building (without elevator), the flat has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and another with a double bed. Both rooms have wardrobes and desks, ideal for remote work or study.

The living area is open and full of natural light: in the morning, the sun brightens the living room and kitchen; in the afternoon, it gently fills the bedrooms with warm light. The living room has a sofa, a comfortable armchair, a coffee table, a round dining table for four, a record player and a small vinyl collection perfect to relax or share moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stovetop, air fryer, fridge, freezer, plenty of utensils and cookware. There`s also a washing machine, and I`ll leave clear instructions for everything so you can feel at home. Bed linen is provided.

The bathroom (shared) has a good shower and natural light.

Flexibility
I`m open to renting the whole flat for short periods, or just one of the rooms for stays longer than a week.

About the space
This is not just a place to sleep: it`s a home cared for with love and attention. Plants bring a natural atmosphere, and the decoration mixes simplicity with personality.

House rules

No pets
No parties or loud noise after 10 pm (residential neighborhood)
Please keep the space clean and tidy, especially the kitchen (wash dishes after use)

The area is quiet and safe, ideal if you want to rest but it`s also very well connected: about 15 minutes from Lisbon (depending on traffic and transport), close to the beaches and the beautiful Arrábida natural park. Supermarkets and local shops nearby, and easy access to public transport.
