* King-sized bed (and a couch) in the master bedroom, queen-sized bed in 2nd bedroom, a comfy sofa-bed in the living room.

*** Important information***
1. For rentals shorter than 3 months, anmeldung is not available unfortunately.
2. I prefer one person per bed except couples/children. Also, living room is not suitable to be used as a WG-style bedroom; sofa-bed should only be used by occasional visitors... Therefore, although max. occupancy is 4 people, apartment works best for: 1 couple + 1/2 children; or 2 friends. Please inquire if you have a convincing special case.
3. Neighbours are sensitive to noise, so parties/events not allowed, and it's not possible to play loud music after 10pm.
4. In our building mostly families live, and I want to ensure that no one gets disturbed. So I prefer not to rent to young adults (e.g. younger than 30, especially non-couples).
