San Salvario area, near the city centre, strategic and coveted position, we rent a beautiful room with a balcony and private bathroom, specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, shelves, curtains, mirror. The colours of the walls promote a good mood and help in the study.

Located on the first floor, very spacious. 140 square meters of surface. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 5 single rooms. The apartment is excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, microwave and equipped kitchen.

The area is very central and the context is particularly lively, pleasant and much appreciated by students. Well served area, close to all main services, such as supermarket, bus stop, subway, pharmacy, hospital. A few steps from the university centre of Architecture, Medicine, Pharmacy.

1 Stays shorter than 12 months
We only consider Erasmus stays ending in July. 6-month stays or other short stays are not accepted.
Please don’t send requests that don’t match this condition.

2 July & August must be paid upfront
For all 12-month bookings, July and August are mandatory and must be paid in advance.

Based on your profile, I’ll suggest the most suitable room.
Multiple messages or inquiries will not speed up the process.
