- Security deposit for stays more than 3 months is equal to 1 month's rent.

* Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00
* Check-out from 07:00 to 12:00
* Parties/events are not allowed.
* Pets allowed, after approval from the host. Charges may apply.
* Smoking NOT allowed inside the house!
* Please use the slippers provided and no shoes in the house.
