I work partially from home, part office - its a little bit of a new experiment for me having someone here - but I want to try out and have someone stay short term and use the space.I live a short walk from a Metro station. KU is just a few Metro stops away. Rema and Sushi Restaurant nearby.

So there's one big main room with kitchen and 2 small rooms. Happy to figure a setup and arrangement together. I have

- 1 regular doubled bed and
- 1 double bed as blow up mattress (as pictured above)

* I offer such a low price because I am new to this and I know the setup is a bit 'experimental' :-)

* Floorheating is there! so bare feet won't freeze #Happy

* fun fact about me: tried myself in Reflexology for a while but never got to work in that profession.
