Very bright, welcoming and representative apartment in a particularly beautiful, spacious classic old-style building. It offers numerous very well preserved old-style elements such as the high, stucco decorated ceilings, historic oak parquet flooring in all living rooms, large and high windows, coffered doors, double-wing doors and hidden sliding doors as well as art nouveau radiators. The apartment invites to relax and at the same time be in the middle of life.

The rear section offers a beautiful, tranquil view of the surrounding, extensive gardens with large, old trees as well as the Museum Park towards the banks of the river Main. In winter, the impressive skyline shines through the uncovered treetops. Thanks to its immediate proximity to Schweizer Platz, it is also possible to enjoy a wide range of cultural and culinary delights. The central hallway leads into the light-flooded, spacious living room, where the first morning light coming in via the south-facing balcony refreshes the soul. Sachsenhausen is one of the most popular and preferential residential areas of the city of Frankfurt. This south-side quarter bordering the river Main bears many regional traditions such as the famous Apfelwein bars and restaurants (traditional apple cider) and the culturally immiscible and very educating museum-pier, including not less than 13 museums, especially the well-known Städel Museum, probably one of the most meaningful and valued art exhibitor in the country.
