Du hast ein Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem Boxspringbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher, Badezimmer, WC, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspühlmaschine und einen Schreibtisch zum Lernen oder Arbeiten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet – Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirr, alles modern und vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral zwischen Reeperbahn und Sternschanze, direkt gegenüber vom Grünbunker. Da die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof gelegen ist und an der Straße ein Tor ist, ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn) sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von dort bist du schnell an der Uni, bei der Messe oder in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zwischenmiete ist für November gedacht. Internet ist natürlich vorhanden. Ideal für Studierende, die für ein Praktikum, ein Projekt oder einfach zum Ausprobieren in Hamburg sind. Although it’s in the heart of Hamburg, the flat is quiet as it is located in a courtyard with a gate to the street. Public transport (bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn) is only a few minutes away, with quick connections to the university, the trade fair and the city center. Supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.
