I’m looking for a female roommate who would enjoy staying in a beautiful, fully furnished room with a private balcony. The apartment is located in a calm and green neighbourhood right next to Treptower Park—perfect for nature walks—while still being just a short distance away from the lively areas of Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, and Neukölln.

You’ll be sharing the space with me, my two teenagers (16 & 14), and our cat. I’m a transformation facilitator and coach working mostly from home, and the kids are in school and spend time between their father’s and my place in a two-week rhythm. We’re a relaxed, open-minded, and international family (German–Mexican–Swedish roots) who values respect, harmony, and keeping a cozy, well-cared-for home.
The apartment itself is lovely and spacious with a beautiful open living room and kitchen as well as a large terrace for enjoying sunny days. You’d be sharing a bathroom (has shower and bathtub and your own sink) plus an additional separate toilet. Of course, all the practical things are here too: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, electricity, and all other utilities are included.
The location is super convenient: the Ringbahn and S9 line are just around the corner, taking you quickly across the city—to Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, or Hauptbahnhof in just 20 minutes.
