The rental price is per bed. If the room is rented by two unrelated people, the gender of the person who makes the first reservation will be taken into account. Therefore, if a male books first, the second bed can only be rented to another male, and vice versa.
Bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area are shared with the rest of the apartment.
