The apartment building has a cleaning service for common areas (not inside the apartment). The housing agency WIRO manages the building; they are very reliable and easy to reach, with an office just 10 minutes away. Since I am moving out earlier, I was asked to suggest a new tenant. *Hence new tenant must make personal arrangements for Wi-Fi, although there is a cable.
