In the apartment there are 3 single bedrooms, so for only 3 girls in the flat.

Cost of conodminium and garbage taxes included. Consumes excluded as specified: WIFI unlimited, water, electricity, heating and gas for cooking.

For long term rent, 2 months are requested as deposit and cost of registration around 150 euro.

The area is very closed to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club.
Very close to all amenities, bars, tobaccos, banks, supermarkets, groceries, postal office etc.

Final cleaning for the room of 100 euro are requested when you will leave the room. 50 euro at check in for sheets and towels for the hole period. Cost to register the contract are requested at the check-in of 100 euro.

For 4 months rent or less the rent is 750 euro per month. For more is 680 euro per month all included.

Quite apartment and condominium.
Only for quite and serious girls. No party girls thanks and no smokers.

I need to inform you that before any kind of final confirmation, I need to have a video call to know you and to present me. This is very important for me.
So if we go throught the acceptance, we can see our private contacts just after it and we could organize a call in the next days and I will give you the final confirmation or cancel the booking. You don't have to worry about the refunding of the payment that you will make, as the platform will refund you the full amount if I won't confirm the booking.
