All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€\month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
