we are a Family of 3 with 5 year old daughter (Full Time Grade 1). We have a police clearance. We only SPEAK IN ENGLISH AT HOME and have previously hosted students from China, Japan, France,Korea India, Mexico and Turkey. WE ARE CLOSE BY TO FEW HIGH SCHOOLs AND AN ELEMENTRY SCHOOL. Rent includes : • 3 MEALS a day • Laundry( done by me), Internet (wi-fi) • Bright, clean and spacious furnished room • 2 Shared full bathroom • 8 minutes bus travel to Brighouse skytrain station • 20 minutes ride from Brighouse to Vancouver downtown by skytrain • Complete privacy • Very quiet and safe neighbourhood
