We have a four bedroom 3 bathrooms. The private room (260sq ft)available for homestay guest has its own toilet, sink and shower. It has an internet access, tv, mini refrigerator. The french doors open up to a mini courtyard/garden. We live close to Bob Hope Airport, Lakeside Golf Club, New York Film Academy, Hollywood, Valley Village, Studio City, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Jewelry district, garment district, museums, beaches etc. Our home is in the suburbs of Los Angeles, in a quiet neighborhood in the media district. It is near to a couple of shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, public transports, uber is available also. We are close to a lot of schools/universities also. We love to watch movies and broadway shows. Use of washer/dryer is extra.
