The house is only 10 years old, is free on green areas, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the cutest 5 minutes from Quito valley. The house is divided into two areas, the main house and a suit puequeña attached to this (where the host spot), the house has 5 bedrooms, games room with pool table, video room, a small area the gym, a small office and a separate area for laundry area. There is a large kitchen and dining enough that expands into the living room, with fireplace, ideal for reading time. Exite Outside BBQ area, and enough to spend sunny days with Volley Tennis / Soccer space. We currently live 5 people: Papa, Mama, Daughter, Daughter (Ecuadorian) Groom and Daughter (abroad). Talents are 24 to 27 years, study and work as parents.however there is always at home service employee who certainly cares to 3 beautiful pet dogs (golden retriever, siberian husky, standard Shnaucher).
