We are a little family of three. We want to rent a bedroom for 2 people no meals included for visitors or students. We speak spanish, french and english. You can learn spanish too. I'm a french and spanish teacher. The bedroom is on the second floor with a private bathroom, a little kitchen with fridge and a balcony. There's no air conditioning in the bedroom but there are three fans and three large windows. We have a little garden. We have one dog. We live near downtown in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
