Well-located apartment in the Barra neighborhood, on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of All Saints Bay. The building is very safe, comfortable, and family-friendly. I live in a 115m² apartment with my 37-year-old daughter and our canine pet, Paçoca (a mixed-breed). I speak English and Spanish. We are usually not home during the day from Monday to Friday. We offer two spacious, airy, and cozy double bedrooms. Guests have access to the common areas of the house, such as the kitchen and laundry area, and are welcome to use them, as long as everything is kept tidy. We offer cleaning services Monday through Friday. We are reserved, but we also enjoy a good chat!
