My son (Flynn) (18) and I live happily in our newish home in Peninsula Park with our Schnitzu dog, Baxter, and our young cat, Paws. Our home is set in an estate with pleasant local walks available, and within a 10-min walk to the local shops. We have three bedrooms; the room available is furnished with two single beds (which can be pushed together) and comes with a private bathroom. Broadband inetrnet is also available. We have a lawned back yard and small bbq area, as well as off-street parking if required.
