This is a cozy one-bedroom apartment in the backyard of my house. It has one bedroom, one kitchen, a small dining room for a table with four chairs and a bathroom. The flat is on top of the service area and laundry. In this service area there is a treadmill which the guest can exercise on. My family is small. It is my husband, my twelve-year old daughter and I. We are a quiet family that lives in a quiet but very convenient neighborhood. There are bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach of Coqueiral de Itaparica.
