My House is a two storey Semi-D house, in a quiet and clean suburbs residential area located in the eastern part of the city, 10 mins of drive from the Changi Airport to the east, about 5 km and 3 train stations away, transport link from the airport is connected by train and a direct bus service. The financial centre to the west, is 8 km away and is 7 train stations away on the East-West line ( green line ). To the south of the house are the East Coast Park and the beach front which is 1 km away. There are 3 areas of shopping malls nearby, all within 2 km radius, fine restaurants, eateries, food courts. shops an bank are just across the road and the nearest bus stop is 2 mins of walk from the house, The house has 6 rooms, 4 rooms are on the upper floor which are for guests, a Master Room , a Junior Master Room , a spacious Common Room and a regular Common Room. The two common rooms share the use of a common bath and the two master rooms has their own attached bath. The 2 rooms on the ground floor are the Guest Room which is occupy by myself and the study room which I double up as my office. I am semi-retired and is the only stay-in owner to do maintenance works and to look after the house and its occupants. The Regular Common Room is very popular with the airport transit guests. My house has a garden with plenty of green and a roof garden. I am the lone stay-in owner and am over 70 year old and still fit and agile, my interests are in reading and in financial research. I took up occasion brisk walk and am involved in community work. I am a Chinese, I am conversant in Mandarin, English and Malay and I speak a few Chinese dialects.
