This is home to many upper-class locals and expats. The place is perfect if you're keen to visit popular attractions but also value quietness, safety, clean air and a first-world living standard. It's particularly great for business travelers, families and groups of friends. There are lots of trees, a lake, safety, a huge commercial center (biggest Mega Mall in Hanoi), an international hospital 24/7, an Aquarium (under water world), jogging spaces and kids playgrounds, famous restaurants and coffee shops inside the complex. And despite what the map says, it's actually not far from the centre. There is very rare traffic going from and to my place. My place is about 10 minutes (4 km) drive from the Old Quarter/Hoan Kiem Lake with normal traffic, 40 minutes from Noi Bai airport (32 km) VI: Căn hộ của mình nằm trong khu đô thị sinh thái Park Hill – Times City. I have a lot of friends, they are travelling agency and I can help you have best trip plan if you require. I have lived in Hanoi for almost 20 years so I know much about Hanoi. I can help you contact to some familiar reliable drivers with private cars, tourist agencies, as well as give you helpful tourism advices. Check-in is usually any time after 2pm and check-out times are 12pm. However I'm flexible and I will try and accommodate your schedule whenever possible. So with that in mind it's really helpful to know your travel plans so please let me know what time you intend to arrive and depart and by what method of transport when you book. If you see a day is available on my calendar, feel free to book instantly. Many hosts in Hanoi tend to leave the dates free on AirBnb but when guests inquire, they say "sorry these dates are booked". You won't experience that with my place.
