I live on the west side of Lethbridge, close to the University of Lethbridge. It is a 4 bedroom home with a large yard. It is within walking distance of the swimming pool, shopping centre and the bus stop. I have several cats, some indoor and some outdoor which will not be in your area downstairs. The house has a main floor which I live in. The area in the basement to Homestay has two bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and living space. It is fully furnished with a tv, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The Homestay area downstairs also has a washer and dryer. I enjoy gardening so there are flowers and plants outside as well as a large veggie garden. It is a nice quiet area with many green spaces to walk and explore including a man made lake in the park.
