This convenient homestay is located within 2 kms of downtown Barrie's magical lakefront action including, restaurants, cafes, pubs as well as the famous Georgian college and RVH hospital. It is easy walking distance to grocery stores, malls and restaurants as well as bus routes. I try to make my guests feel most comfortable like they are at home and make myself available at their convenience. I am helpful with questions and travel decisions I am known to have good communication. *Please note* We require at minimum 24 to 48 hours' notice before check-in to accept a booking request. Our check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. These times can only be last minute flexible if there is no other booking after yours as well as communication and confirmation with email with property owner.
