We are a fun, friendly, big, loud family. 4 kids at home (ages 10-17), 5 dogs, and a mother-in-law! Our house is very big with a large backyard play gym for kids, trampoline, and pool/jacuzzi which we heat in the summertime. One side of the house has a private bedroom and bathroom attached that we would love to rent out. It would be a wonderful teaching, cultural, and social experience for our kids as well as great income for all the expenses kids incur! Our neighborhood is Woodland Hills. You can walk to a beautiful park that has amazing hiking trails and a play ground. You can also walk to Target and different restaurants: italian, mexican, japanese, yogurt etc... We are a 5 minute walk to a bus stop on Ventura Blvd.
