I rent a private room for a woman in a nice, small apartment on the first floor in Miraflores. Quiet and safe area. Good location Close to everything by walking. 7 blocks to Kennedy Park, close to restaurants, shops, theaters, cinemas, supermarkets, entertainment centers, etc. Utilities included. The guest can use the common areas such as all equiped kitchen and laundry. Three persons are living in the house. We speak Spanish and English.
