I live in an Apartment in Browns Bay which is a Town on the North Shore in Auckland. I am offering a Room to rent which has a comfy King Single Bed suitable for one person. The bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is a TV in the room. Wifi. I supply a light continental breakfast (cereals) and tea and coffee facilities, you have your own small fridge in the hall adjacent to the room. There are many cafes/restaurants on the doorstep. There is a laundry situated 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The Apartment is 5 minutes walk from the shops which has a wide range of Cafe's and Restaurants for you to enjoy. There is a bus stop outside and safe parking in the basement garage. The Beach is also 5 minutes walk from where I live and is safe to swim, or alternatively there is a heated outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard area which is private and secure with outdoor tables and chairs. The Pool is open during the summer months until May.
