I love my guests, my guests always leave us with good memories, I am a computer software engineer but I hope I will have my own hotel one day. My house is in two floors, I am living in first level and my guests may live in second floor. Each floor has 3 bed rooms, separated bath and wc, hall and kitchen. There is no wheelchair accessibility, sorry! there is many stairs for elder people. You can cook for yourself or I can provide quality Iranian style food for you. The neighborhood is very peaceful, you have total safety and peace of mind here. Free wifi is provided, free minibar, no charge at all, except if you ask for refill :-)) which is very cheap. Tours: I can offer you tours, Shiraz City Tour, Persepolis, Necropolis, Pasargad, Traditional Villages, Pink Lake, Real Lake which is possible to make camp and sit a boat. Fishing, I have also an off-road car. Transfer: FREE one way transfer from Airport or Terminal to my house. Any other transfer is possible, for example 30 USD for House to Airport at the MAXIMUM for one or 3 person. Transfers are done by Peugeot Sedan, Language: We know: Persian, English, Russian, Perfectly and I understand Arabic also. Any other language is possible to communicate by Google voice translator. Animal and Pet: Unfortunately I can not accept Animals. Lonely People: If you are alone and you are afraid of being alone, sleep in dark, frightened from anything, feel free to let me know, You can stay in my spare room in first floor, I am living with my wife.
