I rent a room in a semi-detached house in a residential area on the outskirts of Galapagar, 40 km from Madrid. This spacious, independent 15 m² room is located in the basement, offering plenty of privacy and natural light. It offers a family atmosphere, with a shared kitchen and common areas. The room is equipped with a single bed (an extra bed is possible), a bedside table, a table, an armchair, a floor lamp, a wardrobe, and a coat rack. I work as a nurse and live in the house with my three children (aged 12-17) and dog, although they are not always there. We are an international family; we speak Spanish, Finnish, and English, and we love traveling and meeting new people :) The residential area is in the middle of the countryside, with views of the mountains. Direct access to the countryside for walking and cycling. Spectacular common areas within the complex include three swimming pools (in summer), a social club with a restaurant, a gym, tennis, paddle tennis, and fronton courts, a soccer field, and playgrounds.Bus from the gates of the development to Galapagar, Madrid, Collado Villalba, and Colmenarejo. By car, it's a 15-minute drive to Torrelodones, Guadarrama, or El Escorial.
