I live alone in a 3 bedrooms apartment (110 meters). One bedroom is mine and 2 bedrooms are yours :) A great hall, full equipment kitchen, and all necessities are what an apartment needs and all of that is yours too ... You can use both your booked room and the apartment's hall at the same time. It means you book a whole apartment but just by paying the price of one room. Isn't it awesome? I'm a social person and work from home in my bedroom. There's nothing to worried about at all :) I'm very skilled in cooking and this is a piece of good news for guests to have various meals from Persians ones to abroad :P
