Kick back and relax in this calm & stylish space. The guest room listed has a cozy upholstered bed with comfy bed linen and great views from the balcony of the Noida skyline and the Maharishi Ashram. There is a private bathroom attached with hot & cold running water. Guests can access the common areas like the living room and the kitchen. There is a 9 month old golden retriever at the property too! This shared apartment is on the 8th floor and is accessible by an 3 separate elevators. The space This is a two bedroom house with a common living area and kitchen shared by me the host. It has 3 balconies. I have listed the master bedroom with attached private balcony and bathroom for the guests. As I live at the property too, I make sure my guests are well taken care off and everything is in clean and good condition. The co-host does not live at the property. Guest access The guest can access the living room and the attached balconies. The kitchen is accessible to warm food & make tea and coffee. Please note the following : 1. Cooking food with own groceries will be charged at INR 150 per day. 2.There is a washing machine to wash clothes if needed for an extra charge of INR 150 per load. 3. In summers, air conditioner over 12 hour usage will be charged at INR 250 per day. There is a up to 3 minute electricity back up in the society so no power cut is experienced. 4.
