Active retired couple, speaking English, German and Russian, we will be delighted to make your stay in Paris pleasant and to facilitate the realization of your wishes. Room of 11 m2, quiet, in an apartment of 105 m2, on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a building on a pedestrian alley, ideally located (3 minutes from the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, 5 minutes from the picturesque rue de Belleville, close to 2 metro stations). Bed 140X190. Baby bed available. Private bathroom. Toilets. Formula with or without breakfast, according to your choice. Small balconies. Price per night varies according to the number of people: €60 for one person and €70 for two. Price does not include tourist tax, which must be paid on arrival, and the amount of which is set by the city of Paris (€2.60 per night and per person in 2025).
