We are a young married couple living in the upper two floors of this town home. We live on Lake Churchill, which connects to Black Hill Regional Park. The studio has a private entrance through the front door (split entrance, stairs lead you downstairs) and opens through the back directly onto a vast trail system, on the lake, with fishing, kayaking, bird watching, and more.
