Private bedroom and bathroom in shared home. With full access to shared home. Large fenced backyard for a dog. All utilities are included as well as multiple streaming channels and WIFI. Can include a garage stall and a storage room in the lower level if needed. Home is in a charming and safe neighborhood 2 miles from Lake Michigan state park and beach. 2 miles to Sports Park with walking trails. Friendly downtown with active food & entertainment and summer/fall festivals. In the winter months there are ski resorts within an hours drive and the sports park has ice skating, lighted walking trails and a luge. I live in the home and work remotely. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats - friendly. My daughter visits from college
