Guests enjoy a private bedroom and bathroom within my home. While visiting, guests have access to the breakfast room, den, kitchen, and sunporch. The yard outside is large and frequented by deer who like the many trees in the neighborhood, as well as the river a short distance from the house. Though this is a university town, my neighborhood is quiet with older homes and a blend of seniors, children, young couples, and families. The area is wonderful for those who enjoy biking and walking. Public transportation is nearby and downtown and the University are not far and are easy to access. I share the home with another family member, a small dog, and a cat.
