The house is located on the outskirts of the small town of Carhuaz, and 20 minutes from the city of Huaraz (capital of the province of Ancash, Peru). We have a large area where you can come and stay in our simple rooms with bathrooms and outdoor showers or rooms with indoor bathrooms or come with your own tents. Dogs and cats are welcome. The Callejon de Huaylas is located 400kms from the city of Lima, Peru. It is the highest tropical mountain range in the world and is where the Andes Mountains are divided into 2 having 1 green side and the other white (snowy), the possibilities for adventure lovers are multiple: rock climbing, multiple hikes, ascents to snowy peaks, hikes through different mountains, spectacular lagoons, typical customs, varied and rich food. There are good tour operators who are in charge of preparing excursions from 1 day to 11 days.The Callejon de Huaylas has small, typical Andean villages along its 70 km length. A very interesting and pleasant experience.
