Im looking for a traveling nurse or medical professional to rent out our guest room in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Townhome in South Reno, 3 mins away from Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center hospital, 10 mins away from St. Mary's and Reknown hospitals. You will have your own bedroom with closet and chest of drawers, newly remodeled guest bathroom with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. Access to the kitchen, living room and laundry room. Driveway parking available. We have 2 young cats. I work full time remotely from home. Looking for a clean, respectful, responsible individual to share our home.
