The villa is located in Sarzana, a great starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, which is 30 km away. We have two rooms available, equipped with sheets and towels, a hairdryer, a coffee machine and kettle, and free Wi-Fi. Both rooms have their own private bathroom. The kitchen is shared. The villa is surrounded by a large, rustic, and peaceful park with centuries-old trees, complete with lounge chairs and tables for our guests. Numerous bird species have been identified within the property and surrounding areas, making the area a popular spot for birdwatchers. The historic center and the train station are a ten-minute walk away. We offer free parking in our designated areas. Bicycles are available. A meeting room for up to 15 people is available for an additional fee, subject to arrangement. Rooms are only available for stays longer than 30 days.
