I live in a beautiful residential leafy suburb in Rathfarnham with my husband Sean. Our house is a semi detached with large garden and patio. We enjoy both the proximity of the city centre which is just forty minutes by public transport and the beautiful picturesque Dublin mountains. Local amenities include Rathfarnham Castle, the famous Johnny Fox's Pub and restaurant, Marley Park bus, coffee shops, pubs and local places of interest too many to mention. I have a beautiful entrance hall with downstairs w/c, large lounge/sitting-room with gas fire, spacious dining room, large fitted kitchen. Upstairs we have two large double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large single bedroom, the double bedrooms can also have an extra bed if required (supplement €9.00 per night). We also have a family bathroom which includes a bath & Shower and downstairs w/c which can also be used by of our guests. I welcome guests from all over the world and enjoy the social interaction of their stay. I have hosted students of all nationalities for the past number of years. We enjoy this very much and we find it both stimulating, interesting and educational. In the summertime, we like to BBQ outdoors and enjoy our beautiful garden.
