Apartment to be shared with only one quiet and respectful person. This is the atmosphere of the house, located in a residential neighborhood. A peaceful stay is expected, avoiding noise at night. The room has a double bed, a closet, and a fan for warm city nights. Use of the kitchen, refrigerator, and utensils is permitted, leaving everything clean. Towels and shower gel are provided. The apartment has two sinks, one with a bathtub and bidet, to be shared with the host, a single person. The apartment has a small interior terrace with plenty of natural light, where you can enjoy the sun, the green views, and the tranquility of the neighborhood. Responsible use of the washing machine is permitted. The room has a balcony overlooking a quiet, residential street. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, shops, and a variety of restaurants. It's very safe and just three minutes from the metro station, 15 minutes from the train station with direct access to the airport and the city's outskirts, and 20 minutes from the city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas (terrace and balcony). Check-in and check-out are at 12 noon, but arrangements are subject to availability. Keys are handed over upon checkout.
