Our house is located on Lugo and Thiero de Guevara, in the La Floresta sector, in the north-central part of the city. There's no better place in Quito to get anywhere. From the house, you can easily walk to: universities, parks, police stations, convenience stores, local food, bakeries, hair salons, swimming pools, the best restaurants in Quito, recreation centers (bars, dance studios, galleries, museums, movie theaters, etc.), viewpoints, and a bus stop for all the sights in Quito. This area has everything you need; it's the best place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and furnished with private and outdoor bathrooms. We have cable TV, Wi-Fi, a laundry room, a kitchen, a garden, a terrace, a living room, a garage, a fireplace, and a recreation room. The house has three floors and currently has five bedrooms.
